NOTIFICATION LIST

To be added to my “notification” list requires absolutely nothing. You may request to be placed on a list to be notified of either a female being bred or of litter arrival. Scroll down to submit your request. You will still need to fill out an application and be approved before I add you to the wait list. I will notify those that have requested to be placed on the “Notification List” through email in the order the requests were made. This does not guarantee that you will get the puppy you want but you will be notified as soon as puppies are available/posted on website.

WAITING LIST

To be placed on the PRE BORN HOlD FEE LIST requires a $500 HOLDING FEE (Again, you are required to submit an application and be approved before I will accept any monies) Your holding fee will be applied towards the total purchase price of your puppy.  Those placing a “Pre Born Hold Fee” will be given first choice of the puppies, male or female of their choice, in the order that their hold fee was placed.  Your “PRE BORN Hold Fee” guarantees sex only, not color or size. However, you are welcome to pass on any puppy and choose from the next litter born. For example, you want a pure white girl. You currently have 1st pick of the litter.  A girl with cream ears is born (most Maltese outgrow any creamy coloring). You decide to pass. You will be placed on the Pre Born List for the next litter but if there are 3 people already in line, you will get 4th pick.

ALL “PREBORN HOLD FEES” ARE NON-REFUNDABLE  unless the adult female of your choice does not produce any live puppies, then your deposit will be refunded or you may choose to have it transferred to a different or upcoming litter (please note that if any upcoming litter has previous deposits, those previous deposit will have priority). 

Once the puppies are born a $500 “PUPPY HOLDING FEE” is required to hold the your place in line until it’s your turn to choose a puppy (those who paid the Preborn Deposit do NOT have to pay again).  No puppy will be considered on hold until I have received that Hold Fee.  Balance due upon pick up.

ALL PUPPY DEPOSITS and PUPPY HOLDING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE..  The only exception would be if something unforeseeable was to happen to your puppy, in which case your Hold Fee would be fully refunded or you may choose to apply your Hold Fee towards the purchase of another puppy from another litter.  In some cases, a Hold Fee may be applied towards the purchase of another puppy of your choice from the same litter or from another litter or future litter.

The hold fee signifies good intent on the behalf of the Buyer to follow through with the purchase transaction of a puppy.

You are welcome to pay for your puppy in full at any time.

Please understand that these stipulations are not a reflection on you personally, but to guard against those who would be dishonest.

Please remember I reserve the right to have first pick of any litter and to refuse service to anyone for any or no reason. If I do refuse service you will be refunded any monies you have put forth.
